How it works

How fulfilment with MaxCommerce works

Two parts: getting started, which happens once, and every order after that, which happens the same way each time. Here is both, step by step.

Part 1 — Getting started

  1. Talk on WhatsApp
  2. Rate card & scope
  3. Connect your store
  4. Send your stock
  5. First orders out
Onboarding, start to first dispatch.

1. Tell us what you sell. Message us on WhatsApp with what the products are, roughly how many orders a month, items per order, parcel weights, where your stock is now and which platforms you sell on. A person from our Dubai team replies within one business day.

2. Get your rate card. We confirm what you need — storage, fulfilment, delivery, marketplace prep, B2B transport — and send the rates. Everything we charge is also on our pricing page.

3. Write your packing SOP. How each order should look: box or mailer, void fill, inserts, branded tape, gift notes, what to do with fragile items. A photo of a perfectly packed order helps. Your SOP is what our team packs to.

4. Connect your store. Shopify and WooCommerce connect natively. Custom stores connect through our REST API. Amazon and Noon stock is handled as marketplace prep.

5. Send your stock. Deliver to our Dubai warehouse, or book one of our pickups (1-ton AED 220, 3-ton AED 320). Include a packing list with SKUs and quantities.

6. Go live. New orders flow into our order management system and we start shipping. You get your sign-in to the panel at this point — we issue the account, there is nothing to set up.

What happens when your stock arrives

  2. CountedChecked piece by piece
  3. Discrepancies reportedSame day
  4. Put away by SKUTo a known location
  5. Live in the OMSReady to pick
What happens when your stock arrives at the Dubai warehouse.

Every delivery is counted in before it is put away, so the quantity in the system is the quantity on the shelf.

Part 2 — Every order after that

  1. Order placedStore or marketplace
  2. Into the OMSOne system, every channel
  3. Picked & packedBefore the daily cut-off
  4. DispatchedSame day
  5. DeliveredCOD collected
  6. ReturnsInspected, back to stock
How an order moves through MaxCommerce, from your store to your customer.

Once you are live, the same steps run on every order.

Cash collected on delivery is reconciled per order and remitted to you with a statement.

Part 3 — When something comes back

  1. Customer returns
  2. ReceivedBooked in against the order
  3. InspectedCondition recorded
  4. GradedSellable · damaged · refurbish
  5. RestockedOr quarantined
  6. ReportedPer unit, back to you
The returns loop: every unit inspected, graded and accounted for.

Returned or refused parcels come back to the warehouse, are inspected, reported per unit and put back into sellable stock where their condition allows. You set the rules for what counts as sellable, and we apply them to every unit.

You also see live order status in our order management system and receive a monthly inventory report.

Part 4 — Your panel

Everything above is visible to you while it happens. Our order management system has a merchant front end — panel.maxcommerce.ae — and your account is issued when you go live. It is the same system the warehouse works in, not a copy of it, so what you see is the current state rather than last night’s export.

Stock. Live quantities per SKU, as receipts, picks and returns move them. Quantities are warehouse-controlled, so the number on screen is the number on the shelf — nobody can type over it.

Orders. Every order and where it has reached: picked, packed, dispatched, delivered. You can also create a single order or upload them in bulk, which is how sellers without a connected store send us work.

COD settlements. Closing reports showing the cash collected, reconciled against each order, and what was remitted to you for the period.

Invoices. Your MaxCommerce invoices and billing history, to download.

Accounts are issued at onboarding — there is no self-serve signup. If you are already with us and need a login, message us and we will set it up.

Getting started: common questions

What do I need to send before my stock arrives?

A packing list with SKUs and quantities per carton, and your packing SOP. That lets us count your stock in accurately and pack your first orders right.

Can I start small?

Yes. There is no minimum monthly charge; you pay for the space your stock uses and the orders you ship.

Can I change my packing instructions later?

Yes. Send the change on WhatsApp and it is applied to the SOP your orders are packed to.

Do I get a login to track my stock and orders?

Yes. Your account for panel.maxcommerce.ae is issued when you go live. It shows live stock per SKU, every order and its status, COD settlement reports and your invoices. Stock quantities are warehouse-controlled, so you view them rather than edit them.

Step 1 takes one message

Tell us what you sell and roughly how many orders you ship a month, and we will come back with the rate card.
