Returns are part of selling online, especially in fashion and with cash on delivery. We receive every returned parcel at our Dubai warehouse, inspect it, report its condition per unit and put sellable stock back on the shelf — so the stock you see is the stock you can sell.

The cost of a return is not only the delivery. It is the item sitting unopened in a corner, showing as sold when it could be sold again. Our job is to turn it back into available stock quickly, or tell you clearly why it cannot be.
Returns come back to one address and are matched to the original order.
Each item is checked against the order: right item, complete, undamaged, resellable.
You receive a condition report per unit, so refunds and disputes are based on facts.
Sellable items go back into stock, damaged items are set aside for your decision, and items fit for refurbishment are held for it.
You set the rules; we apply them every time. For example:
Write the rules into your SOP and they become part of the inspection.
Returns handling is priced on your rate card, based on your volumes and inspection rules.
From a customer or a failed delivery, back to one address.
Matched to the original order and SKU, then checked for packaging, tags, seals and damage.
Sellable, damaged, or fit for refurbishment — against the rules you set.
Sellable units go back to their location; everything is reported per unit.
Yes. Returned parcels come back to our Dubai warehouse, where each item is inspected, its condition is reported, and sellable stock is put back into inventory.
They are set aside and reported to you with their condition, and you decide whether they are written off, returned to you or refurbished.
Yes. A refused or undeliverable parcel returns to the warehouse, is checked and restocked where its condition allows.
Tell us your return rate and the rules you want applied, and we will price returns handling on your rate card.
