Storage
Do you provide warehousing and storage in Dubai for online stores?
Yes. We offer secure, 24/7-monitored warehousing in Dubai and across the UAE for Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon and Noon sellers. What is a CBM and how do I work out mine?
A CBM is one cubic metre: 1 m × 1 m × 1 m. Multiply the length, width and height of each carton in metres, then add them up. A 60 × 40 × 40 cm carton is 0.096 CBM, so ten of them take about 1 CBM. If you are unsure, send us your carton sizes and quantities on WhatsApp and we will estimate it for you.
Is my stock insured?
Insurance is available on request. Tell us what you store and we will confirm the cover and the cost with your rate card.
Can I store stock with you without using your fulfilment?
Yes. Storage is billed on its own. Many brands start with storage and B2B transport, and add pick and pack or delivery later.
Do I get reports on my stock?
Yes. You receive a monthly inventory report, and order status is visible in our order management system.
Orders
How fast are orders processed, and do you support cash on delivery?
Orders placed before the daily cut-off (2–4 PM) are picked, packed and dispatched the same day. Last-mile delivery across Dubai and the UAE includes same-day and express options, live tracking through our OMS, and cash-on-delivery (COD) collection with remittance paid back to you.
How much does pick and pack cost in Dubai?

What is the order cut-off time?
Between 14:00 and 16:00. Orders placed before the cut-off are picked, packed and dispatched the same day; later orders go out the next working day.
Can you use my branded packaging and inserts?
Yes. We pack to your written SOP with your boxes, tissue, stickers and inserts, and can store your packaging stock in the same warehouse.
Which platforms send orders to you automatically?
Shopify and WooCommerce connect natively, custom storefronts connect through our REST API, and we run Amazon and Noon marketplace operations. All orders land in one order management system.
Do you handle cash-on-delivery orders?

Can my customers track their parcel?
Yes. Every shipment is tracked in our order management system and customers receive delivery updates.
Do you offer cash on delivery in the UAE?

The parcel is returned to our warehouse, inspected and put back into sellable stock where its condition allows, and you are told which order it was.
Can social media sellers use your COD service?
Yes. Orders from Instagram, WhatsApp or TikTok can be sent to us and delivered with cash on delivery, collected and remitted the same way as any other order.
Returns

What happens to damaged returns?
They are set aside and reported to you with their condition, and you decide whether they are written off, returned to you or refurbished.
Are failed COD deliveries handled as returns?
Yes. A refused or undeliverable parcel returns to the warehouse, is checked and restocked where its condition allows.
eCommerce management
What does an eCommerce manager do?
An eCommerce manager runs the day-to-day operations of an online store. At MaxCommerce that means updating products, pricing and stock, managing orders through to delivery, answering customer enquiries on WhatsApp and email, following up on payments and deliveries, keeping customer and order records organised, and keeping on top of stock and replenishment.
How much does eCommerce management cost in Dubai?
MaxCommerce charges a monthly retainer plus 2% of your total sales. The retainer depends on your channels, products, order volume and scope, and this is an estimate: your actual cost is confirmed after a detailed discussion of your requirements.
Which platforms do you manage?
We provide eCommerce management on Amazon, Noon, Shopify and BigCommerce, and on other platforms on request. One eCommerce manager works across all the channels you sell on.
Will I get a dedicated eCommerce manager?
Yes. Your store is looked after by a dedicated eCommerce manager who learns your products, your customers and your rules, so you are not explaining your business to someone new each time.
Do you handle marketing and advertising?
No. eCommerce management covers operations: listings, orders, customer enquiries, payments, records and stock. Brand building, marketing, advertising and sales stay with you, which is exactly what the service frees you to focus on.
Do I keep control of my store and seller accounts?
Yes. The accounts stay yours and we work through the access you give us. You set the rules, such as tone of voice and which decisions need your approval, and final decisions on prices, promotions and purchasing remain yours.
How do I get started?
Message us on WhatsApp with where you sell, roughly how many products and orders you handle, and the jobs you want taken off your plate. We arrange a requirements discussion and send your pricing.
Integrations
Which ecommerce platforms and marketplaces do you integrate with?
We integrate natively with Shopify and WooCommerce, run marketplace operations for Amazon and Noon, and support REST API connections for custom storefronts. Every order syncs into one centralised order management system regardless of the channel it comes from.
Which marketplaces do you fulfil for?
Amazon, Noon and Trendyol are live services today, covering prep, labelling, appointment scheduling and inbound delivery in the UAE. Other marketplaces can be taken on request — tell us which channel you sell on and we will confirm what the prep involves.
Can one stock pool serve several marketplaces?
Yes, and it is the reason most sellers move to a 3PL. Your inventory sits in one Dubai warehouse, billed per cubic metre per month with no minimum, and we prep each outbound shipment for the channel it is going to. Your own store's orders ship from the same stock.
What does marketplace prep cost?
Prep labelling starts at AED 1 per label and inbound delivery is fixed at AED 220 for a 1-ton vehicle and AED 320 for a 3-ton vehicle. Order fulfilment from the same warehouse is AED 2–6 per order for pick and pack. Storage is AED 120 per cubic metre per month. All prices exclude 5% VAT.
What does D2C fulfilment cost in the UAE?
Pick and pack is AED 2 to 6 per order, with additional items at AED 0.5 each. Storage is AED 120 per cubic metre per month with no minimum monthly charge, and last-mile delivery starts at AED 18 for parcels up to 5 kg with tracking included. Cash-on-delivery collection is charged at 2.5% of the cash collected. All prices exclude 5% VAT, and packaging materials are charged at actuals.
Which product categories do you handle?
We most often handle beauty and personal care, apparel and accessories, home goods, sports, toys and games, perfumes, pet supplies, and hardware and tools. The list is not exhaustive. Tell us what you sell and how it needs to be handled, and we will confirm whether we can do it properly rather than promise first and work it out later.
Can you use our own branded packaging?
Yes. We pack to your specification using your boxes, inserts and tissue, so the unboxing stays yours. Packaging materials are billed at actual cost, and we hold your packaging stock alongside your inventory in the same Dubai warehouse.
Which stores can you connect to?
Shopify and WooCommerce connect natively and custom storefronts connect through our REST API. Orders from Instagram, WhatsApp or TikTok can also be sent to us for fulfilment.
Do you have a minimum order volume?
There is no minimum monthly charge. You pay for the space your stock occupies and the orders you ship, so a brand shipping a few orders a day pays for a few orders a day.
Marketplaces
Can MaxCommerce handle Amazon FBA prep and Noon shipment preparation?
Yes. Our B2B transport service covers full Amazon FBA prep, labelling and dock delivery, plus Noon shipment preparation and delivery. Fixed pickup rates are AED 220 for a 1-ton vehicle and AED 320 for a 3-ton vehicle, with prep labelling from AED 1 per label.
Do you provide Amazon FBA prep services in Dubai?
Yes. We receive your stock at our Dubai warehouse, apply unit and carton labels to Amazon's current requirements, polybag and bundle where a listing needs it, book the inbound appointment and deliver into the fulfilment centre. Prep labelling starts at AED 1 per label and fixed delivery rates are AED 220 for a 1-ton vehicle and AED 320 for a 3-ton vehicle.
Can you deliver our shipment into an Amazon fulfilment centre in the UAE?
Yes. Inbound delivery is part of the service: we schedule the appointment, confirm carton counts, weights and dimensions, deliver on the booked slot and return proof of delivery. Our own 1-ton and 3-ton vehicles are charged at fixed rates, so the cost does not change with traffic or waiting time.
Can you also fulfil seller-fulfilled Amazon orders?
Yes. The same stock can serve seller-fulfilled orders from our Dubai warehouse: we pick, pack and ship them with last-mile delivery across the UAE, cash on delivery collection and live tracking through our order management system. Orders placed before the daily cut-off (14:00–16:00) go out the same day.
Do you handle Fulfilled by Noon (FBN) shipment preparation?
Yes. We label items and cartons to noon's current requirements, pack and record each carton's weight and dimensions, book the inbound appointment and deliver into noon's UAE facility. Prep labelling starts at AED 1 per label, with fixed delivery rates of AED 220 for a 1-ton vehicle and AED 320 for a 3-ton vehicle.
Can you book the noon inbound appointment for us?
Yes. Appointment scheduling is part of the service. We book the slot against the manifest you are sending, confirm the carton count before loading, and re-book if the date changes — so your stock is not sitting in a warehouse waiting for a second attempt.
Can you fulfil seller-fulfilled noon orders as well?
Yes. We hold your stock in Dubai and pick, pack and deliver seller-fulfilled orders across the UAE, including cash on delivery collection and remittance. Orders placed before the daily cut-off (14:00–16:00) are dispatched the same day.
Do you support Trendyol sellers in the UAE?
Yes. We store your stock in Dubai, prepare and label it to Trendyol's current requirements, schedule inbound appointments and deliver. We also pick, pack and deliver customer orders across the UAE, with cash on delivery collection and live tracking.
We are based outside the UAE. Can you receive our stock?
Yes. Your shipment arrives at our Dubai warehouse and we check it in piece by piece, report the counts, and hold it at AED 120 per cubic metre per month with no minimum monthly charge. From there we prep and dispatch as your sales require.
What does Trendyol prep cost?
Prep labelling starts at AED 1 per label. Inbound delivery is charged at fixed rates of AED 220 for a 1-ton vehicle and AED 320 for a 3-ton vehicle, and last-mile delivery to customers starts at AED 18 for parcels up to 5 kg. All prices exclude 5% VAT.
Are you an official Amazon, Noon or Trendyol partner?
No. We are an independent 3PL that prepares and delivers sellers’ stock to each marketplace’s current requirements. We do not run advertising or handle seller-account appeals; keeping your listings, prices and stock up to date is available as part of our eCommerce management service.
Getting started
What is a 3PL and how does it work for ecommerce brands in the UAE?
A third-party logistics (3PL) provider stores your stock and then picks, packs, ships and processes returns for every order on your behalf. You send inventory to our Dubai warehouse, connect your online store or marketplace, and we fulfil orders across the UAE and internationally while you keep full visibility through our centralised order management system.
What do I need to send before my stock arrives?
A packing list with SKUs and quantities per carton, and your packing SOP. That lets us count your stock in accurately and pack your first orders right.
Can I start small?
Yes. There is no minimum monthly charge; you pay for the space your stock uses and the orders you ship.
Can I change my packing instructions later?
Yes. Send the change on WhatsApp and it is applied to the SOP your orders are packed to.
Do I get a login to track my stock and orders?
Yes. Your account for panel.maxcommerce.ae is issued when you go live. It shows live stock per SKU, every order and its status, COD settlement reports and your invoices. Stock quantities are warehouse-controlled, so you view them rather than edit them.
How much is a pickup truck for goods in Dubai?
MaxCommerce charges a fixed AED 220 for a 1-ton pickup and AED 320 for a 3-ton pickup, excluding VAT. Delivery charges are fixed per trip, so traffic and waiting time do not change the price.
Can you deliver stock to Amazon and Noon warehouses?
Yes. We prep shipments to Amazon's and Noon's current requirements — labelling, packaging and appointment scheduling — and deliver them to the dock. Labelling starts at AED 1 per label.
Do you handle customs clearance?
Yes, through our partners. We arrange customs clearance and freight forwarding with partner companies and bring the cleared goods into our warehouse. If you already have a forwarder, we collect from their premises instead. Each shipment is quoted individually.
Do you operate outside the UAE?
We store and fulfil in the UAE and deliver across it. International delivery is available by air freight; we do not have warehouses or operations in other countries.
Still deciding?
Tell us what you sell, how many orders you ship a month and where your stock is now. We will answer the question you actually have, and send the rate card.
