About MaxCommerce
MaxCommerce stores, packs and delivers for online brands and marketplace sellers in the UAE. We run a Dubai warehouse, an order management system that every order passes through, and a team you can reach on WhatsApp.
What we do
We are a third-party logistics (3PL) provider for ecommerce. That means we take over the physical side of selling online: keeping your stock, packing each order to your standard, delivering it across the UAE, collecting cash on delivery, handling returns, and preparing shipments for Amazon, Noon and Trendyol.
Alongside fulfilment, our team provides eCommerce management, and through our partners we arrange product registration, customs clearance and freight forwarding.
How we work
Prices in public. Every rate is on our pricing page, excluding VAT. You should be able to work out what you will pay before you speak to us.
No minimum. You pay for the space you use and the orders you ship. Small brands are welcome; we would like to grow with you.
Written instructions. Your packing SOP is what our team works to, so orders look the same on a quiet Tuesday and in the Ramadan rush.
A person, not a ticket. WhatsApp goes to our Dubai team, and you get a reply within one business day.
Straight answers. If your products need handling we cannot do well, we will say so before you send them.

Our head office is in Port Saeed, Dubai, and we store and ship from a warehouse in Dubai.
