Products differ in how they break, leak, fade and get returned. The warehouse, the prices and the cut-off are the same for everyone; the packing instructions and inspection rules are written for your category. This is not a complete list — if your products need particular handling, tell us and we will say plainly whether we are the right fit.
Skincare, make-up, hair and body care ship in small, valuable, easily damaged units, and the unboxing is part of the product. We store your range in Dubai, pack it the way your brand presents it, dispatch the same day before the daily cut-off (14:00–16:00) and deliver across the UAE from AED 18 with cash on delivery.
View serviceFashion means many SKUs, many sizes and more returns than any other category. We store every size and colour as its own SKU in Dubai, pick it exactly, pack it to your standard, dispatch the same day before the daily cut-off (14:00–16:00) and put returns back into stock once they pass inspection.
View serviceFragrance is one of the UAE's biggest gift categories, and one of the easiest to break. We store perfumes, ouds and home fragrance in Dubai, pack every bottle to arrive intact, dispatch the same day before the daily cut-off (14:00–16:00) and deliver across the UAE with cash on delivery.
