Your packing instructions, followed every time
Pick and pack is where most customer complaints start: the wrong variant, a missing insert, a crushed box. We work from a written SOP for your brand, so the tenth order looks like the first and the thousandth like the tenth.

Branded boxes, mailers, tissue and inserts used exactly as specified. Packaging is billed at actual cost.

Packaging materials are yours or ours at actual cost, and we can hold your branded packaging stock alongside your inventory.
Cash-on-delivery orders are packed like any other, flagged for collection, and the cash is collected on delivery and remitted to you.
What it costs
Where your orders sit in the AED 2–6 range depends on order size and packing requirements; the rate card confirms it before you start.
Worked example (illustrative, not a quote): 300 orders a month, 30 of them with three items. Pick and pack costs 300 × AED 2–6 = AED 600–1,800, plus 30 × AED 0.5 = AED 15 for the extra items.
All prices exclude 5% VAT.

Pick and pack in Dubai: common questions
How much does pick and pack cost in Dubai?
MaxCommerce charges AED 2 to 6 per order for picking and packing up to two items, with each additional item at AED 0.5. Packaging is charged at actual cost, there is no minimum monthly charge, and all prices exclude 5% VAT.
What is the order cut-off time?
Between 14:00 and 16:00. Orders placed before the cut-off are picked, packed and dispatched the same day; later orders go out the next working day.
Can you use my branded packaging and inserts?
Yes. We pack to your written SOP with your boxes, tissue, stickers and inserts, and can store your packaging stock in the same warehouse.
Which platforms send orders to you automatically?
Shopify and WooCommerce connect natively, custom storefronts connect through our REST API, and we run Amazon and Noon marketplace operations. All orders land in one order management system.
Do you handle cash-on-delivery orders?
Yes. COD orders are packed like any other and the cash is collected at delivery and remitted to you.
