Cash on delivery collection and remittance in the UAE
Many UAE shoppers still prefer to pay when the parcel arrives. We deliver the order, collect the cash at the door, reconcile it against the order and remit it to you. Delivery starts at AED 18 for parcels up to 5 kg, and COD collection is charged at 2.5% of the cash collected.
Why offer cash on delivery
For new brands and social sellers especially, COD removes the reason a first-time customer hesitates: they do not have to trust a website with a card before they have seen the product. The cost is operational — cash has to be collected, counted and returned to you, and some parcels are refused. That is the part we run.

What COD costs
COD collection is charged at 2.5% of the cash the courier collects, on top of the delivery rate. It is charged on what is actually collected, so a refused parcel that comes back costs you the delivery, not the collection.

Reduce COD refusals
A refused COD parcel costs you the delivery and ties up stock. What helps:
- Confirm before dispatch. A short WhatsApp confirmation catches impulse orders and wrong numbers.
- Complete addresses. Ask for a landmark or makani number at checkout.
- Show the total clearly, including delivery, so there is no surprise at the door.
- Offer prepaid with a small incentive for repeat customers.

What happens if a customer refuses a COD parcel?
The parcel is returned to our warehouse, inspected and put back into sellable stock where its condition allows, and you are told which order it was.
Can social media sellers use your COD service?
Yes. Orders from Instagram, WhatsApp or TikTok can be sent to us and delivered with cash on delivery, collected and remitted the same way as any other order.
